Danita Hatfield

Danita Hatfield is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in both human resources and information technology. Currently serving as a Sr. Technologist/Business Analyst at CampusWorks, Inc. since May 2021, Danita previously worked at Wittenberg University for 21 years, where responsibilities included supporting the Director of Human Resources as the Assistant Director of Human Resources. Additional roles at Wittenberg included Programmer and Analyst, during which Danita focused on the administrative database and advanced through the organization from Programmer to Programmer/Analyst. Danita has combined expertise in HR processes and IT solutions, particularly within the higher education sector.
