Suzanne Baker

Suzanne Baker has accumulated extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Beginning in 2011, they worked as a Consultant at OGE Energy Corp and later as the Director of IT Security and Quality Assurance at TBC Corporation. In 2012, they became the IT Executive Consultant at Saint Louis University, and then transitioned to the role of Director of PMO and IT Governance. From 2014 to 2015, Suzanne worked as an IT Executive Consultant at Vaco Orlando. In 2016, they joined Corporate One Federal Credit Union as the AVP of IT Change Management and Standards, and later became the VP of IT Governance and Operations. In 2019, Suzanne held roles as the Sarbanes-Oxley Consultant at Chewy and the Information Technology Consultant at United Technologies. Suzanne also worked at CampusWorks, Inc. as an Executive Consultant to the CIO, leading the IT Service Management Project at SAIT. Most recently, Suzanne has been working at Carrier HVAC as an IT Governance, Compliance, and Risk Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of IT Senior Compliance and Security Leader at KEMET Electronics Corporation, which they started in 2022.

Suzanne Baker obtained their BA in Computers from Barry University from 1990 to 1992. Suzanne then pursued their MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix from 1998 to 2000. Additionally, Suzanne has obtained various certifications, including the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA in December 2018, the Certified Information Systems Auditor® (CISA) from ISACA in May 2009, and they completed the Santa Clara IT Leadership Program in February 2001.
