Arthur Mantell

Arthur Mantell is an experienced power plant management professional with a robust background in nuclear engineering and emergency preparedness. Currently serving as Power Plant General Manager at CAMS since February 2019, Arthur has also held the position of Power Plant Operations/Technical Manager at PSEG Fossil since November 2010. Prior experience includes a role in Nuclear Emergency Preparedness at Electric Boat from February 2003 to November 2010, and serving in the US Navy from September 1980 to September 2002 as a Submarine Nuclear Propulsion Plant Supervisor. Arthur holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology/Technician from Thomas Edison State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Excelsior University, both obtained in 1996.
