Eric Worthen is an experienced operations and maintenance professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Lead Operations and Maintenance Technician at CAMS since March 2019, Eric has previously held similar roles at EthosEnergy and OMPA, as well as positions including Operations Manager and Chief Engineer. Expertise includes planning and scheduling maintenance for various systems such as HVAC, pure water, and gas turbine generators, alongside supervision of technical personnel and ensuring compliance with GMP and FDA documentation standards. Additional experience includes roles as an O&M Supervisor at Johnson Controls and Utilities Supervisor at Merck, as well as foundational work as a System Mechanic and Boiler Technician.
