Carlo Macdonald

Carlo MacDonald serves as the President of Exigo Technology Services since September 2012, a division of Exigo Technology Holdings, LLC, specializing in Cloud Transformation, Application Development, and managed services. As President and Owner of CamSoft Data Systems, Inc. since July 1992, Carlo focuses on IT systems for small to midsize businesses and application development using Microsoft technologies. Previously, Carlo was the President/Owner of DotCom Promotions, Inc. until August 2022, managing over 500 domain names and developing online brands. Carlo's extensive experience includes tenure as a Partner and Senior Business Development Executive at VSS, where expertise in IBM, Cisco, and Microsoft partnerships was utilized to deliver managed services solutions. Carlo also acted as Interim CIO at UT Medical Group, Inc. from February 2013 to December 2014, and was the CEO/Founder of Verge Wireless, a pioneering provider of Municipal Wireless Mesh Broadband. Carlo MacDonald holds educational qualifications from Louisiana State University and attended Woodlawn High School and Dhahran High School in Saudi Arabia.
