Marija Prolic

Marija Prolic is an accomplished recruitment and talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in managing global talent teams and execution of effective recruitment strategies. Currently serving as Principal People Program Manager and Principal Talent Acquisition Partner at Camunda since March 2021, Marija has successfully led executive hiring initiatives and improved operational efficiencies within the Talent Team. Previous roles include managerial and leadership positions at GetYourGuide and Infobip, where Marija managed the entire recruitment process and fostered positive candidate experiences. Marija's career began at Adecco Croatia, where foundational recruitment skills were developed. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Zagreb, Marija also pursued further education at SGH Warsaw School of Economics and Europass Centro Studi Europeo.
