Anthony Parker

Anthony Parker has extensive experience in the wine and spirits industry, with a focus on sales and management roles. Anthony recently served as the Head of Sales & Luxury, UK at CAMUS WINES & SPIRITS. Prior to that, they held the position of Commercial Controller London & The South - On-Trade, National & Regional RTM and Specialist Retail at Halewood Wines & Spirits, where they were responsible for driving sales and exceeding business performance targets. Anthony also served as a Regional Manager, On-Trade; London & South at Whyte & Mackay, leading a team and achieving business objectives through effective financial planning and customer management. Before that, Anthony established and managed their own wine company, Castas Ltd, specializing in importing and distributing Portuguese wine into the UK. Anthony also has experience in hospitality management, having worked as a Bar and Brasserie Manager at Coq D'Argent Restaurant and as an Assistant Manager at Butlers Wharf Chophouse.

Anthony Parker attended The Billericay School from 1991 to 1998, although no specific degree or field of study information is available for this period. Anthony later went on to study at Oxford Brookes University from 1998 to 2002. During their time at Oxford Brookes University, Anthony achieved a BSC 2:1 degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
