Yelitza I. Jiménez-Castro, MBA, CHRMP, CCBP has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. In 2009, they began working as a Human Resources Supervisor at METRO PAVIA CLINIC, where they established and administered HR programs for a healthcare institution with five regional offices, 200+ employees and independent contractors. In 2006, they were an Assistant to the Executive Finance Director at Hemathology & Oncology Institute, where they led all HR functions and ensured compliance adherence for the Hematology and Oncology Division of a regional medical center. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Hogar Abrazo de Amor, Inc. as a Human Resources Officer and Program Director, where they were responsible for direct operations and administration of a home for abused and neglected girls, managed budget and supervised 15 employees. In 2020, they joined VWR, part of Avantor, as a Human Resources Representative, where they were responsible for logging of all HR transactions, training entries in the system, interviews, recruitment, selection and employee relations. In 2021, they joined Lufthansa Technik Puerto Rico as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they were responsible for Benefits and Wellness Programs for employees, Employee Relations, and Drugs and Alcohol Program administration approved by the FAA. In 2022, they began working as a Human Resources and Organizational Development Director at Camuy Health Services, where they were responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of team members, particularly executives and emerging leaders. In 2023, they joined Diozone LEAD as a Trainer.

Yelitza I. Jiménez-Castro has a Master of Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidad de Puerto Rico, and an Associate's degree in Management from Universidad de Puerto Rico. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from various institutions, including FiDelis Talent Solutions, Fundación Sila M. Calderón, SHRM Puerto Rico Chapter, Instituto de Educación Superior, Escuela Avanzada de Administración de Recursos Humanos y Legislación Laboral, Training Resources Associates, and more.
