Agata Woznicka-Giza is an experienced HR professional with over 20 years in various HR roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Regional HR Manager for CAN-PACK S.A. since June 2015, Agata oversees the implementation of HR strategies and supports both managers and employees with a focus on recruitment, training, talent development, and communication. Prior experience includes HR Manager positions at Norbert Dentressangle and Decora S.A., where responsibilities spanned across multiple regions and business areas. Agata also played a key role in managing the migration of HR processes at Philip Morris International and began their career as a Training and Development Specialist at RR Donnelley. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Master’s degree in Psychology from Jagiellonian University.
