Agnieszka Olesinska

Agnieszka Olesinska has a diverse and extensive work experience. Agnieszka currently works at CANPACK Group as the IT Business Solutions Lead - TMS, where they are responsible for the introduction, maintenance, and user support of the TMS system. Prior to this, they held the position of IT SAP Deployment Lead TMS at the same company, leading the project of TMS introduction in multiple factories and warehouses.

In addition to their IT roles, Agnieszka also has experience in business process management and logistics. Agnieszka served as a Business Process Manager (Logistics) at CANPACK Group, leading and participating in projects related to process improvement, IT solutions development, and strategic planning. Agnieszka also has managerial experience as the Manager of Development and Analysis Dept. in Logistics and the Manager of International Transport Dept.

Before joining CANPACK Group, Agnieszka worked at Galicja Sp. z o.o. as a part-time Translator and Clerk, and at Morcom Sp. z o.o. as a Logistics Specialist, where they handled land, ocean, and air transport operations, as well as international trade services. Agnieszka also worked at Furniture in Motion as a Logistics Specialist, focusing on air and ocean freight organization, international trade, and administrative tasks.

Overall, Agnieszka Olesinska has a strong background in IT, logistics, business process management, and international trade, with a proven track record of leading projects and delivering results.

Agnieszka Olesinska completed their Magister (Mgr) degree in Marketing and Management from Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza between 1998 and 2003. Agnieszka also pursued postgraduate studies in Project Management at AGH University of Krakow from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they participated in the Erasmus program at Katholieke Hogeschool Zuid-West-Vlaanderen from 1999 to 2000, studying Business and Languages.
