Kelly Guan Frm

Kelly Guan, FRM has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Kelly started their career in 2014 as a Quality Assurance Technician at FBC, Canada's Farm & Small Business Tax Specialist. In 2015, they worked as an Operations Analyst Intern at SMART Technologies. In 2016, they had two roles, one as a Business Analyst, Strategic Sourcing Finance at Scotiabank and another as a Derivatives, Investment Finance at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. In 2017, they worked as a Summer Associate, Capital Markets Risk Management at TD. Since 2018, Kelly has been working at Canaccord Genuity Group Inc., initially as a Risk Analyst, and currently as a Senior Risk Analyst. Kelly Guan, FRM obtained an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Statistics from the University of Waterloo, where they studied from 2012 to 2017. During the same time period, they also earned an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, specializing in Finance and minoring in Economics. Additionally, in March 2020, they obtained the Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from the GARP FRM Program.
