Nicolas Walenda has extensive experience in sales operations and customer service, currently serving as EMEA Sales Operations Manager at Canada Goose since October 2016, where responsibilities include managing sales order processes and maintaining positive relationships with retail partners and internal teams. Previous roles include Team Lead and Specialist within the same organization, as well as positions at Webloyalty International as a Customer Service Agent and various roles in project support, hotel distribution, and customer relations across different companies.
