Amelia Puddifer

Amelia Puddifer currently serves as the Vice President of Advancement and Partnership at Ingenium, having previously held various leadership positions in government and non-profit organizations. At Environment and Climate Change Canada, Amelia contributed to strategic leadership, financial alignment, and resource mobilization as the A/Director of Planning Reporting and Performance Management Division. As Manager of Cabinet Affairs at Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada, Amelia managed resources for multiple ministers while enhancing operational efficiency. Prior experience includes leading the Client Services Unit at Environment and Climate Change Canada, and serving as Director General at Domaine Saint-Bernard, where grant acquisition and financial sustainability were key focuses. Amelia began their career as President and Executive Director of Ski le Gap Adventures Inc., honing strategic leadership and team management skills. Educational achievements include a certificate in Strategy, Business Administration and Management from the Institut de leadership en gestion and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology from Concordia University.
