Jeff Rack

Jeff Rack is an experienced professional in the fields of engineering and analytics, currently serving as the AVP of Engineering - Digital Technology and AVP, Product Owner, Digital Labs at Canada Life since May 2020. Prior to this role, Jeff held multiple positions at TD from April 2011 to May 2020, including AVP of Data, Analytics and Reporting Enablement and Senior Manager of Customer Analytics. Jeff's career began at President's Choice Financial, where roles included Product Manager and various analytical positions, spanning from May 2005 to April 2011. Earlier experience includes a position as Customer Service Officer at TD Canada Trust from May 2003 to April 2005. Jeff Rack earned a BA in Economics from the University of Waterloo between 1999 and 2004.
