Roman Ronge

Roman Ronge is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace, defense, and medical industries. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Canadensys Aerospace Corporation since October 2019, Roman's previous roles include Owner & President of Aflare Systems Inc., where expertise in embedded and real-time systems was demonstrated. Additional experience includes positions as a Research Associate at UTIAS Space Flight Laboratory, Software Manager at Vasogen Inc., and various software engineering contractor roles at notable companies such as MDS Sciex and SAIC Exploranium Canada. Roman also held senior engineering positions at MDA Space Missions and Terren Corporation, showcasing a strong background in software architecture, system design, and team leadership. Roman holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of West Bohemia and furthered education at Sheridan College in 2008.
