Kyron J. has extensive work experience in various IT roles. Kyron started their career in 2003 as a Help Desk Analyst at Pet Valu, providing support to retail locations across Canada. Kyron then worked at RONA as a Help Desk Customer Service Agent and later as a Store Specialist Technician, supporting a large user base and managing incidents. Kyron J. also worked at Canadian Tire as an HRIS Support Analyst before joining RONA again as a Deployment Technician, responsible for equipment deployment and system conversions. Kyron then moved to Michael Hill as an IT Operations Team Leader, overseeing support for North American stores. Most recently, Kyron J. worked at FGF Brands as a Technical Support Team Leader. Kyron is currently working at CAPREIT as the Director of IT Service Management, leading the establishment and improvement of IT service management processes.
Kyron J. obtained an Associate's degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Seneca Polytechnic between 2003 and 2005. Additionally, Kyron completed the Leadership Training for Managers certification from Dale Carnegie Training in 2014.
