Roy Fu

Roy Fu is an accomplished investment professional with significant experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Associate Director of Investments at CAPREIT since July 2019, Roy has held multiple progressive roles within the company, including Manager of Investments and Senior Acquisitions Analyst. Prior to CAPREIT, Roy gained experience as a Summer Investments Analyst at Marlin Spring and held various leadership and analytical positions, including Executive Director for the CAISA Fashion Show and Investment Banking Summer Analyst at HSBC. Roy's educational background includes an Honors Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Certificate in Data Science in Real Estate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Western University.
