Aarti Bathla, Mpharm/MPH, is a seasoned professional in the fields of health policy, clinical research, and evidence synthesis. Currently serving as Manager and Methodologist at Canadian Blood Services since July 2022, Aarti provides critical support to the International Collaboration in Transfusion Medicine Guidelines (ICTMG) for developing transfusion medicine guidelines. Aarti previously gained valuable experience as a summer student with the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, focusing on drug safety and effectiveness data, and as an associate at IQVIA, where Aarti conducted systematic literature reviews and meta-analyses. Aarti's educational background includes a Master's in Public Health with a specialization in Health Policy from the University of Ottawa and a Master's degree in Clinical Research from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from KIET Group of Institutions.
