Denny Michaud is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relations and process management. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Relations at Canadian Blood Services since July 2003, Denny has honed skills in managing customer interactions and enhancing service delivery. Prior to this role, Denny worked as a Process Manager at TeleTech from 1998 to 2003, where process improvement and operational efficiency were key responsibilities. Educationally, Denny holds a degree in Computer Networking/Programming and Computer Science from the Toronto School of Business, completed between 1995 and 1997, as well as an Ontario Secondary School Diploma obtained at Nickel District Secondary School from 1989 to 1993.
