Nick Clark RP, M.C., CCC has a diverse range of work experience in the counseling and psychotherapy field. Nick Clark is currently serving as the Director at Large for the Technology and Innovative Systems Chapter at the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association since May 2018. In 2014, they founded Re·Vision Counselling & Consulting, where they worked as a Registered Psychotherapist, creating a modern and supportive environment for clients. From 2014 to 2018, they also served as an Affiliate Counsellor & Psychotherapist, as well as a Workplace Consultant at FSEAP. Prior to that, they worked as a Counsellor and Postgraduate Clinical Intern at Family Service Thames Valley from 2013 to 2014. Nick has a wealth of experience as a Counsellor at Nancy Campbell Collegiate Institute from 2003 to 2013 and as a Residential Program Supervisor at Hatt's Off Specialized Services from 2000 to 2003. Nick Clark has also accumulated relevant work experience prior to 1993.
Nick Clark RP, M.C., CCC received their Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology from McGill University in 1995. Nick Clark then went on to pursue a Master of Counselling Psychology degree at Athabasca University from 2009 to 2013 in the Graduate Centre for Applied Psychology.
In addition to their formal education, Nick Clark has obtained several certifications. Nick Clark became a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CPRO) in April 2015. Nick Clark also holds certifications as a Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work - Workshop Facilitator from The Gottman Institute, a Gottman Relationship Level 1 Certificate, and a Certified Canadian Counsellor (C.C.C.) from the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Furthermore, they received a Critical Incident Responder certification from Crisis Care Network in 2013.
