Jessica Moore

Jessica Moore (Rucurean), CHRL has a extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jessica is currently working as the Director of People & Culture at the Canadian Football League since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Regional People & Culture Leader at Creation Technologies from June 2022 to May 2023. Before that, they worked at Grant Thornton LLP (Canada) as the Regional Senior Manager of People & Culture from January 2021 to June 2022, and as a Senior Manager of People & Culture from August 2016 to January 2021. Jessica also has experience working as a Manager of Human Resources at The Ontario Retirement Pension Plan Administration Corporation, Hays, and the Toronto 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games Organizing Committee. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Generalist and Coordinator of Human Resources at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, and as a Recruiter at StaffCLICK Personnel Inc.

Jessica Moore (Rucurean), CHRL has a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College. Jessica also holds an Honours degree from the University of Waterloo, with a focus on Psychology, Legal Studies, and Criminology. In addition, they are a Certified Human Resources Professional through HRPA.
