Connie Alvarez-Haines has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Connie began their career in 1992, working in various product marketing, sales, and buying positions. In 2000, they joined Baxter International Inc., where they held multiple roles, including Director of Marketing and Group Market Manager. At Baxter, they led business franchises, managed strategic planning activities, and developed and implemented sales and marketing strategies.
