Sera Couture

Sera Couture is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business analysis. Currently serving as a Project Manager at the Canadian Institutes of Health Research since April 2010, Sera has also held the position of Business Analyst focused on Business Systems and Continuous Improvement. Prior to this role, Sera worked as a Business Analyst at Export Development Canada from October 2006 to April 2010 and served as an Operations Support Officer at CATSA / ACSTA from September 2004 to September 2006. Sera holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Ottawa, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
