Cheryl Bauer Hyde

Cheryl Bauer Hyde is the current President at Canadian Lutheran World Relief. Prior to that, they served on the Board Development Committee for the Financial Planning Standards Council from June 2004 to June 2018. From August 2016 to September 2020, they were Reeve for District of Lakeland, RM #521. Bauer Hyde has also been involved with various other boards and organizations including the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada, Saskatchewan Synod, the Lakeland District for Sport, Culture & Recreation, and Wapiti Regional Library. Cheryl has been a financial planner with Bauer Hyde Financial Services since September 2004.

Cheryl Bauer Hyde has a background in business administration and management from the University of Regina. Cheryl also has a secondary school education from Prince Albert Collegiate Institute. Bauer Hyde is a Fellow of the Credit Union Institute of Canada and a Chartered Financial Planner from the Canadian Institute of Financial Planning. Cheryl is also an FP Canada Fellow from FP Canada and a Certified Financial Planner from the Financial Planning Standards Council. Bauer Hyde has certification from FP Canada in FP Canada Fellow.
