Jennifer Heath

Jennifer Heath has extensive experience in management consulting, with a focus on change management, organizational development, and leadership. Since June 2001, Jennifer has operated J. A. Heath & Associates, providing valuable coaching and consultation for various change initiatives. Current roles include Critical Incident Stress Management Peer for British Columbia Search and Rescue, Board Member for both Fernie Search and Rescue and Fernie Nordic Society, and Team Lead for the Canadian Ski Patrol at Fernie Alpine Resort. Prior to these positions, Jennifer held multiple roles at Canadian Pacific Railway and Imperial Oil, demonstrating a strong background in project management and change management across diverse sectors. Jennifer earned a BA in Economics from Queen's University and furthered education at Mount Royal University.
