Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Canadian Solar Inc. since September 2023, Roy previously held roles such as Corporate Counsel at City Electric Supply and Senior Counsel at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP. With a strong foundation in litigation and legal advisory services, Roy's career spans various prestigious firms, focusing on class action defense, insurance coverage, and representation of clients in both federal and state legal matters. Roy obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2011 and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma in 2007.
