Ruben Casillas

Ruben Casillas is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the solar energy sector. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Canadian Solar Inc. since August 2023, Ruben previously held the position of LATAM C&I Regional Sales Manager at Fortress Power for a brief period. As Director of Commercial Sales at Power Solar LLC from March 2020 to June 2023, Ruben managed the entire commercial solar department, facilitating customer interactions and collaborating across departments. Prior roles include Sales Manager at Dynamic Solar Solutions, where management of a sales team and lead generation was key, and Operations Manager at Urban Networks, overseeing office activities and a team of sales representatives and technicians. Ruben holds a degree in Sports Medicine from Universidad de Puerto Rico-Recinto Bayamon.
