Allan Marantz

Allan Marantz has extensive experience in various roles related to health and wellness, athletic training, and union representation. Currently, Allan serves as the WSIB representative and President of Local 620 for the Canadian Union of Postal Workers since 2012, while also working as a postal clerk and letter carrier at Canada Post since 2006, where Allan has been involved in the health and safety committee as a co-chair. In addition, Allan has been an instructor for WSIB courses at OFL - ODRT since 2014 and a Master Course Conductor for the Hockey Northwestern Ontario Trainer Program since 2008. Through Marantz Consulting, established in 2001, Allan provides wellness consulting services including job coaching and ergonomic assessments. Allan's earlier career included significant athletic training positions at Thunder Bay Senators Hockey Club, Victoriaville Sports Medicine Clinic, and Lakehead University Sports Medicine Clinic. Allan earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education/Fitness with a focus on Athletic Training from the University of North Dakota.
