Catherine McLoughlin Mrics

Catherine McLoughlin MRICS is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Portfolio Investment Manager at Canal & River Trust since September 2017, overseeing a £650m investment property portfolio across England. Prior to this, Catherine held several key roles, including Senior Manager in the Real Estate team at PwC, and Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where responsibilities included asset management and advising diverse clients. Catherine's career began at King Sturge, where Catherine completed the graduate training scheme and became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Catherine holds a BSocSc (Hons) in Geography and Planning from the University of Birmingham and a Diploma in Surveying from The College of Estate Management.
