Currently serving as Director of Operations at Canam Steel Corporation, Melissa previously held the same title at Rubbermaid Commercial Products, overseeing a large non-union workforce and strategic operational initiatives. Additional roles include Chief Operating Officer at Stuffed Puffs and Vice President of Global Operations & Quality at The Topps Company. Early career positions span various leadership roles in operations, logistics, and supply chain management at Danone Dairy and Safeway.
