Robert Winchester

Robert Winchester is an experienced operations excellence manager at Canam Steel Corporation since January 2022, and the founder of Corporate Culture Revolution since September 2012, where efforts focus on aligning strategic objectives for organizations to enhance profitability. With over 20 years in the industry, Robert has played significant roles in various capacities, including Lean Agent at Groupe Canam, where responsibilities included Lean culture deployment and process improvement. Previous positions also include project and sales management roles within the metal building sector, and leadership in U.S. operations for Steel Plus Network. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Missouri Baptist University and an Associate degree in Design Drafting from Linn State Technical School.
