We have an immediate opening for a Hardware Support Engineer. This position requires teamwork and the ability to communicate in written and spoken English. Responsibilities Include:
Working closely with clients and teammates to resolve technical issues
Becoming proficient in Campbell Scientific CRBasic programming (we will teach you)
Becoming proficient in MLBasic (Canary Systems proprietary programming language for new MLBase/MLRemote hardware) (we all learned it, and you will too!)
Integrating new monitoring instrumentation with Canary Systems MLSuite software by researching device capabilities, determining technical requirements, and documenting methodologies
Resolve client technical support issues using a ticketing platform.
Supporting and troubleshooting Canary Systems MLSuite applications
Performing hardware and software testing
