Overview:

The Content Protection Analyst will play a key supporting role within the Forensic Content Protection team. Reporting to the Head of FCP, this position involves coordinating projects, analysing data, and providing operational support to ensure exceptional service for customers. This role requires a blend of business analysis expertise and strong organisational skills to facilitate data-driven decision-making and enhance the responsiveness of the team to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, collate, and analyse data related to blocking services and other FCP activities. Provide actionable insights and reports to the Head of FCP to inform strategy and operational decisions.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate projects related to FCP, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Manage project timelines, resources, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer Support & Responsiveness: Monitor and respond to customer needs, ensuring the team delivers exceptional support and operational excellence. Work with the Head of FCP to address customer inquiries and operational issues promptly.
  • Operational Support: Assist in developing and refining processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of FCP. Ensure that operational workflows align with best practices and customer requirements.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, and Legal, to support the FCP roadmap and enhance service offerings. Facilitate communication and alignment across teams to meet project and customer goals.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain documentation for FCP processes, projects, and customer interactions. Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, including training materials, process guides, and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in FCP operations and support systems. Recommend and implement changes that enhance team responsiveness, customer satisfaction, and data accuracy.
