Ann-Sofi Reims

Ann-Sofi Reims has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ann-Sofi worked as a Manager of Corporate Fundraising at UNICEF Finland from November 2007 to November 2008. From November 2008 to September 2010, they served as an HR Consultant at Trainers' House. Following that, they joined HR4 Solutions Oy as an HR Consultant from November 2010 to October 2014. From November 2014 to May 2021, they worked as an HR Manager at Taaleri Oyj, where they played a pivotal role in managing the HR function during a period of substantial growth and international expansion. Ann-Sofi then served as an HR Director at Aktia from May 2021 to September 2022, where they led the HR team, focused on integrating the wealth management operations of Taaleri, and improving the employee experience. In February 2023, they took on the role of Interim HR Director at Sambla, where they contributed to aligning HR processes within the company. As of August 2023, Ann-Sofi Reims holds the position of VP, HR at Canatu Oy.

From 1988 to 1994, Ann-Sofi Reims attended Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in International Business.
