Katarzyna Pacek

Katarzyna Pacek has a diverse work experience in various sectors. Katarzyna began their career in 2015 as a Construction Materials Laboratory Intern at Ag-CEL. In 2016, they worked as a Forensic Laboratory of the Police Intern at Komenda Wojewodzka Policji w Bydgoszczy, and a Purchasing Specialist at Deal Okna. In 2017, they were a Member of the Board at Radinn Production sp. z o.o. From 2016 to 2018, they held two roles at Radinn, first as Head of Factory Operations and then as Operations Manager. In 2018, they worked as a Startup Consultant at P.P.H. WANDEX. Katarzyna is currently working as a Supply Chain Engineer at Candela | Electric Hydrofoil Boats since 2022. During their time at Radinn, they achieved starting up the production division in Poland and leading the company from startup-garage to full blown production facility for the complete production of Jetboards. At P.P.H. WANDEX, they planned and executed the launch of the new pickup camper Azar4, including the preparation of business and marketing plans, and was responsible for organizing the product exhibition at Poznań Motor Show.

Katarzyna Pacek completed their Master's degree in Economics from the University of Gdansk in 2020. Katarzyna received their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Chemistry in Construction Engineering from the Gdańsk University of Technology in 2016. Katarzyna also holds two Inżynier (Inż.) degrees, one from the AGH University of Science and Technology in the Faculty of Materials Science and Ceramics, and another from the Lodz University of Technology in the Faculty of Chemistry.
