Kristian Sloth Lauszus has been working in the software and engineering field since 2011. Kristian Sloth started as a Co-Founder of TKJ Electronics in 2011, then became the VP of Control Systems and Electronics at Bauritec in 2014. Also in 2014, they became the CEO of Balanduino ApS, where they developed firmware for the Balanduino and applications, as well as R&D engineering on the Balanduino balancing robot platform. In 2015, they became the Head of Control Systems at Candela Speed Boat, where they developed and wrote all the software for the control system, user interface and design of the low voltage electrical system. Kristian Sloth also started Lauszus Consulting in 2015. In 2016, they became a Control System Engineer at Danish Aviation Systems ApS, where they developed the navigation and guidance system for an autopilot for a small fixed-wing unmanned aircraft. In 2017, they became a Control System Engineer at Skypersonic. Additionally, they were a Teaching Assistant in the embed programming project 30010 at DTU in 2014.
Kristian Sloth Lauszus has a long educational history. Kristian Sloth began their studies in 2009, when they attended Uddannelsescenter Holstebro and earned a HTX in Mathematics A, Physics A, Chemistry A, Electronics A, and Danish A. In 2012, they graduated from DTU - Technical University of Denmark with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2014, they completed their 5th semester of their bachelor's degree at San Francisco State University, where they were on the Dean's List for Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2015, they returned to DTU - Technical University of Denmark and earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2016, they completed their 3rd semester of their master's degree at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
