Dave Blincoe

Dave Blincoe is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background. Dave began their career in 2007 as an IT Technician at the Town of Florence. From 2011 to present, they held various roles at Candelen, including IT Specialist and IT Director. Currently, they are an Applications Administrator at North Country HealthCare, starting in 2024.

Dave Blincoe obtained a B.A. degree in History/Political Science from Concordia University Irvine in 2003.
