Suzi Graber

Suzi Graber has a strong background in human resources, holding various roles throughout their career. Suzi began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Keystone Auto Glass from 2000 to 2006. Suzi then worked as a Human Resources Consultant at HR Energy, LLC from 2006 to 2010. From 2010 to 2012, Suzi served as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at The Bostwick-Braun Company before transitioning to the role of Corporate Director of Human Resources from 2012 to 2018. In 2019, they joined Casa de los Niños as the Vice President of Human Resources. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of People and Culture at Candelen, which they started in 2023. Suzi Graber holds an MBA, PHR, and SHRM-CP certifications.

Suzi Graber holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Governors University. Suzi also obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Management and Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Resources Management, both from Western Governors University. In addition, Suzi has obtained the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in 2015, and they earned the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in 2011.
