Sunil Dial

Sunil Dial is the CEO and co-founder of CandidateX. Prior to this, they were the managing director and co-founder of LWL Partners from September 2014 to March 2022. Dial has also held positions at Aldermore Bank PLC, Mashreqbank, Barclays Corporate, and HSBC.

Dial has over 16 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. Sunil started their career at HSBC in 2006 as a commercial manager. In 2008, they moved to Barclays Corporate where they worked as a corporate credit manager for property finance and social housing. In 2010, they became the head of strategic development at Aldermore Bank PLC.

In 2013, Dial co-founded LWL Partners, a financial services firm that provides growth capital and M&A advisory services to businesses in the UK. Sunil served as the managing director of the company until it was acquired by CandidateX in March 2022.

Sunil Dial earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Coventry University. Sunil also holds a certification from MSDUK in MSDUK Certified Ethnic Minority Business.
