Abhishek Mazumder

Abhishek Mazumder has extensive work experience in operations and contact center management. Abhishek currently serves as the Head of Operations - India at Canibuild, a venture-backed prop tech company revolutionizing the construction industry. Prior to this role, they worked as the Head of Contact Center at Riddhi Corporate Services Limited from 2018 to 2022. Abhishek also held positions as an Assistant Manager at Aegis Global in 2018, a Contact Center Manager at Future Group India from 2017 to 2018, and an Assistant Manager Operations at Aegis Limited from 2014 to 2017. Before that, they served as an Assistant Operations Manager at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions from 2011 to 2013 and held various roles, including TL and PL, at Firstsource Solutions Limited from 2007 to 2011.

Abhishek Mazumder completed their Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, General at ISBM University from the year 2000 to 2004.
