Adam Shiring

Adam Shiring is a seasoned professional in sales performance management and technical implementation, currently serving as the Technical Practice Lead at Canidium since March 2021. With a strong background in Xactly solutions, Adam has engaged in numerous projects, including 16 projects at Accenture, where Adam was an Xactly SPM Implementation Consultant, and completed 27 projects as a Senior Xactly Implementation Consultant at Canidium. Adam began a career in operations at CEB, now Gartner, where Adam set up over 150 custom incentive plans in Xactly Incent. Earlier roles at Hertz and Enterprise Rent-A-Car provided Adam with valuable experience in account management and customer service. Adam holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Christopher Newport University.
