Casey Pelter

Casey Pelter has extensive experience in the cruise industry, with a focus on operations and entertainment. They started their career at Royal Caribbean Cruises in 2000 as an Adventure Ocean Manager, and later became the Activities Manager in 2004. From 2006 to 2018, Casey worked at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. as a Cruise/Entertainment Director, leading and managing various shipboard operations and entertainment programs.

In 2018, Casey joined Celebrity Cruises, Inc. as a Senior Manager of Operations and was responsible for overseeing all entertainment facilities, partnerships, and programming. They managed a large team and implemented strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Casey also played a role in establishing industry partnerships and developing diversity programming.

Currently, Casey is with Canlan Sports, holding the positions of Director of North American Operations and Vice President of Operations since 2021.

Casey Pelter holds a BA in Kinesiology (Recreation and Leisure Management) from The University of Lethbridge. Additionally, they have completed a program in High Performance Leadership for Tourism Professionals at the University of Plymouth. Casey Pelter has also obtained various certifications including Lean Six Sigma Foundations, Six Sigma: Green Belt, Business Writing Strategies, Excel 2016 Essential Training, and Working Remotely.
