Kristoffer Gandenberger has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as a Sommelier, Bartender, and Lead Server at Canlis Restaurant since June 2014. Prior to this role, Kristoffer held the position of Captain at The Restaurant at Meadowood from June 2013 to June 2014 and was the Restaurant Manager at El Dorado Kitchen from March 2012 to May 2013. Kristoffer's educational foundation includes an A.O.S. in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, completed between 2007 and 2008.
