Jessie Pelletier has extensive experience in the retail and customer service sectors, with a current role as District Manager at Cannabis NB since September 2018, having progressed through various positions including Retail Store Manager and Customer Experience Representative. Prior to this, Jessie worked at Global Mentoring Solutions from September 2013 to July 2021 as a Quality Assurance Officer, ensuring adherence to service targets and addressing partner concerns, alongside a role as a Customer Service Manager. Initiating a career at IBM Canada Ltd. from November 2009 to September 2013, Jessie served as a Customer Entitlement Representative, validating customer entitlements for hardware and software issues. Education credentials include studies at the University of New Brunswick and UMCE, as well as a high school diploma from Saint Mary's Academy in Edmundston, NB.
