Howard Campbell

Howard Campbell has extensive experience in housing management, currently serving as Tenancy Service Manager at Cannock Chase District Council since June 2016. In this role, Campbell oversees the delivery of various housing services, including complaints handling, income management, and tenancy sustainment. Prior to this, Campbell was the Money Management Team Leader at The Accord Group and Head of Home and Garden Service, focusing on service planning and compliance with regulations. Campbell's career also includes significant leadership positions at CALDMORE AREA HOUSING ASSOCIATION LIMITED and Walsall Council, managing multiple housing teams and overseeing responsive repairs and community engagement. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Warwick.
