Rose Burford

Rose Burford is an accomplished Liability Claims Manager at CCMSI since October 2020, responsible for overseeing multi-line claim activity and ensuring compliance with corporate standards and client instructions. With extensive experience at Gallagher Bassett from November 2005 to June 2020 as a Claims Manager, Rose managed operational controls for various insurance claims and earned the Outstanding Performance Award. Prior to that, Rose worked at Crawford & Company from October 1994 to November 2005 as a Claims Supervisor and WC & Liability Litigation Specialist, leading a successful team in managing claims under a large deductible insurance program and participating in settlement negotiations. Rose holds a degree in Legal Principles Claim Specialist from the American Educational Institute, Inc. in Tampa, FL.
