Candice Balzer is a Senior Quality Systems Associate at Cannon Quality Group. Candice has over fifteen years of experience in customer service and administration.
Candice began their career in customer service with Jandy Pool Products in 1997. Candice quickly rose through the ranks and became a Customer Service Supervisor in 2002. In 2003, they left Jandy to pursue other opportunities.
Candice spent the next year working as a Program Assistant for the Alaska State Hospital Association and as an Administrative Assistant for the Juneau Arts & Humanities Council. In 2005, they accepted a position as Credit Specialist with Regal Wine Company. Candice worked with Regal for six years before moving on to CatchFire Funding in 2012.
At CatchFire, Candice served as the Plan Services Manager. In this role, they assisted small business owners with compliance and administration of their retirement plans. Candice also prepared and filed federal form 5500 plan returns and managed and trained the Plan Services Team. Candice left CatchFire in 2015 to join Cannon Quality Group.
Candice has a passion for helping others and takes great pride in their work. Candice is an expert in customer service and administration, and is always looking for ways to improve their skills.
