Andrew Rasmussen started their work experience in 2008 as a High School Intern at Microsoft. Andrew then interned at Qualcomm as a Software Engineering Intern in 2010 and at Morgan Stanley as a Trading Infrastructure Intern in 2011. Andrew also worked as a Gameplay Programming Intern at Digital Extremes in 2011. Andrew then returned to Microsoft in 2009 as a High School Intern, where they developed a web-based Silverlight application for Globalization. Andrew joined Facebook in 2012 as a Software Engineering Intern, working on the Core Photos Team. In 2013, they became a Co-Founder of Venzio, a company that developed a 3D multiplayer game for the browser. Andrew then worked at Facebook as a Software Engineer, focusing on React Native and contributing to the success of the Ads Manager App and the Groups app. Since 2015, Andrew has been a Co-Founder of Canny, a company that helps software companies track user feedback to improve their products. Canny has grown to over 1,000 customers and is fully remote.
Andrew Rasmussen received a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Software Engineering from the University of Waterloo, from the years 2009 to 2013.
