Elaine Hernández Ledesma

Elaine Hernández Ledesma has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Elaine began their career in 2011 as an Audit Associate at PwC, where they worked until 2014. Following this, Elaine served as a Business Controller in a Family-Owned Business from 2014 to 2017. Elaine then joined BDO USA, LLP as an Experienced Senior Auditor, where they played a key role in leading Non-For-Profit engagements and non-complex entities. In 2018, Elaine transitioned to Phoenix Tower International as a Technical Accounting Manager, responsible for managing technical accounting matters until 2021. Currently, they serve as a Senior Manager of Accounting at Cano Health.

Elaine Hernández Ledesma completed their education with a High School Diploma from Colegio Espiritu Santo in the year 2007. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Universidad de Puerto Rico, which they obtained between the years 2007 and 2011. In 2016, they briefly attended Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they completed a Doctor of Law (JD) degree focusing on International Law and Legal Studies. Elaine'smost recent educational endeavor was at Florida Atlantic University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Accounting from 2019 to 2021.
