Catherine Borelly-Vincent

Catherine Borelly-Vincent, CPA, currently serves as Co-Founder and COO of Canobi AgTech since March 2023, and as Senior Finance Officer at the Canada Council for the Arts since May 2021. Previous roles include Senior Policy Analyst for the City of Brockville, Director of Finance for the Township of North Stormont, and Treasurer for the Municipality of Casselman. Catherine also held the position of Auditor with the Ontario Ministry of Finance and Elections Canada, and provided accounting services at Tout Compte Fait Consultants. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from UQAM, a Diploma of Education in Finance from Collège de Valleyfield, and a High School Diploma from Loui Philipe Paré High School.
